Scanning servers are deployed in a fault tolerant stateless configuration and our high performance network is implemented using fast, mirrored drives. Regional load balancing is used to distribute traffic providing additional resilience and performance. Network and Service Monitoring
ScanSafe continuously monitors and optimizes our services to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Automated monitoring software verifies that all primary and secondary services are fully operational and that traffic levels are maintained within expected limits. Virus and spyware definitions and content filtering rules are continuously updated and customers are notified automatically via email whenever a threat is detected and neutralized. All exceptions triggered in our monitoring are then notified immediately to our skilled operations engineers responsible for service delivery.
